Description
This pioneering and very limited-production viognier was made from grapes harvested from vineyards located on the terraces of the Huecha river, just west of Zaragoza. Fermentation and ageing for nine months took place in 225-litre French oak barrels.
Bright golden-yellow colour, and intense aromas of wonderful complexity. On the palate there are floral notes, exotic ripe fruits and a gentle but balancing lick of oak. A silky, full-bodied, enveloping and sumptuous wine!
