Jim Barry
Certain names resonate strongly within Australian wine history and Jim Barry is one of them. It was Jim Barry’s drive that helped shape South Australia’s Clare Valley as a benchmark producer of world class Riesling and cemented it as one of Australia’s premier wine regions. Jim was the first qualified winemaker in the Clare Valley, graduating with a degree in oenology from the prestigious Roseworthy Agricultural College in 1947. Founded in 1959, Jim Barry Wines is still family owned, with three generations of Roseworthy graduates. Jim’s son Peter became managing director in 1985 and today Peter’s children Tom, Sam and Olivia are the winemaker, commercial manager and brand ambassador respectively. Voted ‘2020 Winery of the Year’ at the Halliday Wine Companion Awards, they produce highly acclaimed, award-winning wines. Andeluna Wines
Like the nation it calls home, Andeluna Wine Cellars is a winery and vineyard steeped in history and romance. The name Andeluna was chosen to represent the romance and history of the Argentine moon lighting the spectacular Andes Mountains that frame the Uco Valley close to the town of Tupungato.
This stunning location served as the inspiration for this name. Great vineyards that grow traditional varietals combined with top-notch winemaking provide flavours and wines that are unique to that region. Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay are some of the classic Old World grape varietals that Argentina has been cultivating and perfecting for years.
Riccitelli Republic
The Riccitelli winery is in Las Compuertas, one of Mendoza’s most traditional winegrowing zones as well as one of its highest, at 1,100 meters above sea level. This wine is from a very old vineyard planted in 1927 and that now yields delicious, lively, and very red fruit. The nose is exuberant, but don’t be fooled.

The Berton Vineyard story began 25 years ago from humble beginnings. We are still young enough to be awed by tradition but we also challenge ourselves by testing the boundaries of winemaking.
