This Cabernet is a wine of restrained power with an intense, ripe berry bouquet with hints of chocolate and liquorice. The palate fills with crushed blackcurrant fruit flavours over the typical herbaceous characters of eucalyptus and mint and is beautifully complemented by elegant French oak notes.
