Description
This wine is a blend of fruit sourced from the Marsala area on the west coast of Sicily, and from high altitude hillside vineyards near Alcamo. The wine was bottled young after a short period of ageing on fine lees in stainless steel.
Attractive aromatics of peach, honeysuckle and a hint of fennel. The rounded and gently honeyed flavours on the palate are balanced by lemony acidity. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, grilled fish, salads and cold white meats.
