Description
The second wine of world-famous Château Talbot, one of St. Julien’s finest. Cabernet leads the aromatics with mint and a touch of leather, traditionally structured on the palate with supple tannins on a spicy finish.
“Great with a fillet of duck breast cooked with honey and spices, or grilled tournedos and a creamy morel sauce partnered with seasonal vegetables. Also perfect with a good selection of cheeses.” – Eric Boissenot, Winemaker.
