Winemaking at Glenelly, situated in Idas Valley, Stellenbosch is considered an art form and 2009 saw the inauguration, on this 128ha estate, of a winery which is a stellar example of modern methods, design and environmental awareness.
The Glass Collection Cabernet Sauvignon develops a very complex nose of black fruits and cedarwood with notes of cassis, blackcurrant, cherry, a touch of spice and chocolate. The wine has a good tannin structure, perfect balance and length, with flavours of blackcurrant, plum, bramble and soft oak on the palate.
