Stavros Manolesakis with his father George started creating their own vineyards in 1989. The Greek varieties Malagousia, Assyrtiko, Moschomavro, Limnio and Agiorgitiko come into the picture to accompany conventional varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
The blend of two Greek varieties in this wine gives bright green-yellow colour with a distinctive aromatic character, fresh, all-round taste and balanced acidity.
