Pouilly Fumé l’Ammonite, Domaine de Maltaverne

Ripe and concentrated on the nose, smoky and grassy with minerality and a peppery, herbaceous note. The palate is also super-smoky with a wonderful flintiness, as well as herbal and bay aromas and ripe pink gooseberries.
