Description
Avatar Grenache Mataro Shiraz is one of Kym Teusner’s most famous blends. Briary, earthy flavours from the Grenache are integrated seamlessly with the autumn fruit notes from the Shiraz and Mataro. 30% of the Shiraz saw new oak for a period of 12 months, which accounts for 10% of the entire blend. The parcels were blended just before bottling. Finely grained tannins carry the flavours along perfectly into a long and rewarding finish.
