The gently sloping vineyards have a southern exposure and clay-limestone soils. After a careful selection of the grape bunches, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in concrete. On the nose there are peach and apricot aromas with citrus and floral notes. The palate has abundant stone fruit flavours, and a crisp and juicy saline tang balancing the lightly creamy texture. Perfect with fish and seafood – an aromatic white, so should match prawns with garlic and lemon, or a hint of peri-peri.
