‘Here’s an interesting blend of malbec, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon grape varieties, fermented and aged in concrete eggs. It is juicy and vibrant with spice-laden blackcurrant and black-cherry fruit, and there’s also some savoury, spicy character.’
